Washington: Aetna, Ambetter, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Premera, Regence and United (Optum). 

Colorado: Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna Oscar, Oxford and United (Optum).

Before scheduling an appointment, please be sure to check with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits (deductible, etc) to prevent any unexpected costs. 

Self-Pay:

One Time Intake Fee, CPT Code 90791, 90 minutes: $180

Individual Therapy Fee, CPT Code 90837, 55 minutes: $150

For other insurance companies that ACC is out of network for, you can be provided with an itemized bill so you can choose to submit it to your insurance company. They can reimburse you directly.
